What does it mean to be a Superhuman?

Today we all have a myriad of things to do, all the time. To be able to keep up, our brains must work hard. Remembering what to do at what time, shifting focus between different tasks and trying to multitask. As a result, many of us have a feeling of constant stress picking on us. Because the truth is, multitasking is not effective - it’s the opposite. It requires our minds to work harder, draining our energy much faster than optimal if we are to last an entire workday.

Is this what it means to be a Superhuman? Keeping ourselves busy every minute of the day, feeling worn out by achieving constantly. We don’t believe so. In our opinion, it is possible to be both productive and feeling less stressed – at the same time.

Being a Superhuman means taking advantage of all the smart technological solutions out there, helping us become our best selves. This kind of technology can serve as a cognitive offloading device, assisting in giving us the right kind, and optimal amount, of information at the proper time. Leaving us sharp and focused on the current task at hand and keeping our energy levels high throughout the day. So, even after a whole day of effective work, you can leave the workplace still feeling alert and thus motivated to take on the rest of our life challenges.

To us, this is what a real Superhuman looks like!
