ABOUT SUPERHUMANS AB AND THIS SECURITY POLICY

Superhumans AB, Reg. No. 559176-4518, Kostergränd 4A, 211 75 Malmö (”Superhumans” or “we”) provide a solution for efficient warehouse work (“Readii Application”). This security policy outlines the security measures taken to ensure a high level of security across our services and the Readii Application.

ENCRYPTION

Superhumans and the Readii Application uses secure connections for all data traffic.

• In order to encrypt in-transit traffic, we use HTTPS to all by Superhumans provided services and where possible to all customer provided services.
• Data being sent from a client, is sent over a secure HTTPS connection secured by a 2048-bit SSL certificate.

ACCESS

We use the principle of less privileges across the whole Superhumans organization. It means that we give every employee the minimal amount of access required to perform its tasks. In AWS, this translates into having fined-grained levels of permissions using AWS IAM (Identity and Access Management). Every new user has to set up MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) mechanism before being able to perform any action on the platform.

BACKUP

We backup our application data on a regular schedule in case of any failure.
